-
We teach ages 8 to 18 years old.

Menstrual health education is most effective when taught before a child gets their first period. At home, we believe it’s never too early—especially if your child is already asking questions. Girls are getting their period earlier than previous generations, some as early as 9. Our programs begin at age 8 to ensure kids receive accurate, empowering information at least 180 days before menarche.
-
Anyone who has a girl in their life or works with girls ages 8–18! Our workshops are designed for those who want to help girls feel confident, curious, and prepared when it comes to their menstrual health.
-
No — our workshops focus on menstrual health as part of puberty and overall wellbeing, not sexual education. While periods are sometimes included in sex ed classes, we believe menstrual health deserves its own spotlight.
Our curriculum centers on cycle awareness, hygiene, symptom management, and everyday life skills. In our most advanced level (Level 4), we introduce concepts like the fertile window as part of understanding the menstrual cycle — but this is framed through the lens of body literacy, not sexual activity.

Menstrual health education isn’t optional — it’s life-changing and essential. For an average of 40 years, menstruators will live with their cycles. Without the right knowledge, they risk painful, confusing, and even dangerous experiences.
Learning early means knowing when to speak up, how to advocate for yourself, and how to spot warning signs before problems become serious. This education builds confidence, breaks harmful stigma, and lays the foundation for a lifetime of better health and well-being.
Simply put: no one should navigate menstruation alone or in silence.
